About IOW Car Finder

IOW Car Finder is a used-car listings website for approved Isle of Wight garages. We help visitors browse vehicles and contact local garages directly.

We are not a vehicle seller, dealer, finance provider, broker, mechanic, inspector, or payment provider. We do not own the vehicles listed on the website.

Vehicle listings

Vehicle listings are provided by garages. We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, current, error-free, or available.

Before travelling, buying, reserving, or making any decision about a vehicle, you should contact the garage directly and check all important details with them.

No vehicle sales through this website

IOW Car Finder does not sell vehicles and does not take payments for vehicles. Any sale, reservation, warranty, finance agreement, part exchange, inspection, test drive, or after-sales issue is between the buyer and the garage.

Garage accounts

Garage dashboard accounts are for approved Isle of Wight garages only. Garages are responsible for keeping their account login details secure and for ensuring that their listings, prices, photos, contact details, and descriptions are accurate.

We may remove or suspend garage access or listings if we believe the website is being misused, if information appears misleading, or if a garage is no longer suitable for the platform.

Using the website

You must not:

use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
try to access another user’s account or private information;
upload misleading, offensive, illegal, or infringing content;
attempt to damage, overload, scrape, copy, or interfere with the website;
